How to articulate a growth plan that includes an overhaul

I think the idea of formulating a Growth Plan that is simultaneously aware of the need for constant and ongoing reform (within the practices and operating methods of the company – that is a plan that anticipates reform) as you grow, and is conscious of the need to continually develop personnel capabilities, human capital, and to profitably reward that human capital is a very worthwhile and logical pursuit.

In that way you’re not just planning for Market Expansion, but for Real Growth, external and internal.
