It literally is just that; uncertain. With all kinds of new media sources storming into our market, it can be difficult to say what the trends will be as far as television viewership in the future. Just in the past five to ten years, America’s attention has been steered toward a different type of entertainment. Streaming television shows from notable sources such as Netflix and Hulu are really taking over television viewership. The fact that they have low prices, around eight dollars a month, makes their existence hard to overlook as consumers.
They tend to show most of the popular shows and movies that the public would be interested in and big broadcast networks are shaky because of it.
