CITE (Center for Innovation, Testing and Evaluation) is a billion dollar city in the New Mexico desert that no one will ever populate.
The city, which lies in between the site of the first atomic bomb testings and the border of Mexico, is a life size scale model of your average American town. The only difference is that CITE will never be a residential town. Instead, the city will be the home of numerous technological experiments that hope to test new technologies that will shape the future of urban living.
CITE is set up in the form of specialized zones, which will test technologies specific to that zone’s basis. The zones include an Agriculture District, Energy District, Water District, Development District, and a City Lab in the center of all the district zones.
