PERSONAL PRINCIPLES OF WEALTH BUILDING

These are the Personal Principles by which I shall be building Wealth in 2024.

Not the Means and Methods, I will be discussing those in later posts and throughout the year, but the Principles by which I will operate to build and further increase my Wealth. And the Wealth of my Family and others (partners, associates, etc.). Later I will divide these principles into sectional categories and subject matter categories but for now I list them as I have been developing them over time.

WEALTH BUILDING

Never assume lack, assume improper or non-development.

Possess absolute Courage and Confidence, and pursue profitable and viable risk.

Attempt the impossible, for it is not.

Always anticipate and prepare for disaster but never assume it. Prepare via clever contingency plans.

Exploit and maintain your Reputation for Genius and Innovation.

Never fear competition, exploit it as drive for self-improvement.

Anticipate and exploit the future, but eschew evil in doing so. In the same vein eschew the company of corrupt and unscrupulous men unless you can convert them to better.

Discard the useless in enterprises, goods, and men, or improve them.

If you are fair never cheat yourself, but never be unfair to another. Seek Mutual Profit for all, and remember not all men seek the same form of profit. Money is not the only form of profit.

Seek Capability and Capacity rather than fame and power, for with Capability comes actual Power.

Partner with other Successful Men, but never in an inferior manner.

Rebuild the abandoned and antique into superior and futuristic inventions – exploit the Successes of the Past, and Improve upon them.

Efficiency and Improvement are forms of Profit.

Control as much as possible of the following things you pursue; both the methods and means of the enterprise.

Your society and inferior men will never understand you and so never desire their approval, or credit their doubts. Eschew them both.

Exploit and promote the advances of others. Aid others to Succeed in such a way it amplifies your own Success.

Never fear the capabilities, interests, or skills of your employees or those you work with. Instead assist in advancing and improving them for mutual benefit and profit.

Always be either the First, or the Best, but optimally both.

In your own affairs and relations with other men always be Moral and Trustworthy and Upright and champion Manhood and Virtue as necessary components of Success.

Control some aspect of the following enterprises and industries; transportation, energy, money and/or trade, information and records, communications, health and longevity, human improvement, materials, manufacturing, and mining, etc.

For the immediately but minorly useful be ready to sell idea, IP, or product for immediate profit to invest in other things, for the moderately useful sell in part but maintain majority control, but for the vitally useful maintain complete control.

Never allow your Enterprises to become exclusionary or occultic.

Ability and Merit (advance and promote on Ability and Merit) exceed everything else but Morality.

Always reinvest in your own best ideas, IPs, inventions, innovations, and products.

Innovate as much as you Invent.

Negotiate often, but fairly.

Buy money and profit with increased Time Efficiency, and buy Time with Money, Barter, and Trade.

Keep your Money and Resources in constant circulation in the Market.

Observe unusual patterns and relations between things and exploit them profitable.

There is always the Next Bigger Enterprise and Project.

Invest in the Future, and exploit what is best in the Past.

Always be ready to Capitalize upon disaster and to rebuild in a fashion Superior to the past.

Seek the best Timing possible, but create your own Timelines.

Build Legacies for your Family and Descendants, and Charities and Liturgies for Mankind and others.

Direct and Guide your Banking, Business, Capitalist, Career, Charity, Family, Financial, Industrial, Inventive, and Investment Endeavors and Enterprises via the Example and Morality of Christ.

Use the income, profit, resources, and support (patronage) generated by your Business and Capital enterprises to fund your Career, Charity, Family, Inventive, Legacy, and Liturgical pursuits, which are your truly Important Works in life.

Assume a Persona of Betterment and Success, not a “better-than” persona. You die an imperfect, mortal man, but in all your enterprises seek Self-Betterment and Self-Improvement and assist others likewise.

Always seek God’s Guidance and Wisdom in/on how to best execute and undertake all your various enterprises.
